As per our Terms and Conditions section 3.3:For Fiber Connections: In the event of early termination, the Customer shall be liable for a cancellation penalty. This cancellation penalty will consist of the monthly service fees in respect of the service period up to and including the expiry date of the service period, or any extension thereof.
I accept that my monthly service shall be deducted via Debit Order. The Debit order authorisation form will be provided on positive LOS ( line of sight) completion.
